Welcome to Royal Furniture Decor (RFD). By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Products
We make every effort to display our products, specifications, and images accurately. As our furniture is handcrafted using natural solid wood, slight variations in wood grain, texture, color, and finish are natural and should not be considered defects.
2. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by Royal Furniture Decor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 8–10 business days. Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days for most serviceable locations in India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production, polishing, packaging, or dispatch has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy available on this website.
7. Warranty
All products are covered by a 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, water exposure, or normal wear and tear.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, product photographs, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Royal Furniture Decor and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Royal Furniture Decor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Churu, Rajasthan, India.
