• Every furniture piece is carefully inspected, polished, packed, and quality-checked before dispatch.

• Orders are processed within 8–10 business days after successful payment confirmation.

• During festivals, peak sale periods, custom orders, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take additional time.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days for most serviceable locations across India.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the customer's location, courier network, weather conditions, public holidays, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and are displayed during checkout before payment.

• Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Information

• We deliver across most serviceable locations in India through trusted logistics partners.

• Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order.

• Please inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.

• If the package appears damaged or tampered with, kindly take clear photographs and an unboxing video and notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Installation

• Most products are delivered fully assembled.

• Certain products may require minimal assembly. Assembly instructions will be provided where applicable.
