Return & Refund Policy
At Royal Furniture Decor (RFD), we are committed to delivering premium-quality solid wood furniture. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery only in the following cases:
- Product received with transit damage.
- Manufacturing defect.
- Wrong product delivered.
• Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos and an unboxing video.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
• Customized or made-to-order furniture.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, water exposure, or normal wear and tear.
• Products without original packaging.
• Products reported after the return period.
3. Replacement Policy
• If a product is damaged during transit or has a verified manufacturing defect, Royal Furniture Decor will arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost.
4. Refund Policy
• Refunds will be issued only if replacement or repair is not possible.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Order Cancellation
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once production, polishing, packaging, or dispatch has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
6. Warranty
• All products are covered by a 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, water exposure, natural wood movement, or normal wear and tear.
